By using Nico & Luca RF, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Nico & Luca RF provides fishing conditions data, AI-powered recommendations, community features, and alerts. The service is provided "as is" — we don't guarantee accuracy of weather data, fishing scores, AI advice, or species identification.

You retain ownership of content you post (catches, photos, spot descriptions). By posting, you grant us a license to display it in the community feed and use it to improve the Correlation Engine. You may delete your content at any time.

Be respectful. No harassment, spam, or inappropriate content. Report inaccurate catches — the community depends on honest data. Respect fishing regulations in your area. Don't share exact locations of protected or sensitive fishing spots without permission.

The AI Advisor provides recommendations based on weather data and scoring algorithms. It is not a substitute for your own judgment, local knowledge, or safety assessment. Always check official weather warnings and marine forecasts before going out.

Location sharing is opt-in only. Your position is fuzzed to approximately 1 mile. Don't use the Live Angler Map to track, follow, or harass other users. Violations result in immediate account suspension.

Nico & Luca RF is a fishing information tool, not a safety service. We are not responsible for decisions made based on our data, injuries, property damage, or any other losses incurred while fishing. Always prioritize safety.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
